If you have already certified on the soldering irons in the Hub (and your quiz is up to date), that certification transfers to the soldering irons in the PCB Lab. This protocol works in the opposite direction too... if you have certified on the PCB Lab soldering irons, that certification transfers to the soldering irons in the Hub. Granted, the soldering irons in the PCB Lab may be equipped with smaller tips and other accessories that aid with surface-mount soldering. Ask the PCB Lab ace to share best practices in surface-mount soldering. Watch some videos about it to help fill in any knowledge gaps.
